Extrapreneurship
It is generally a group of employees who decide to launch a legal entity separate from their original organization using the initial resources of their employer . There is therefore still a link with the “parent” structure since this new entity operates in the same sector of activity. However, unlike intrapreneurship, this group remains independent .
Employees therefore have the advantage of benefiting from their employer’s support. This is also a real advantage for companies, which can test innovations while minimizing economic and marketing risks.
